This week's episode is a bit of an exciting one for us. Diarm is a founder of Equiratings, a sports data and analytics company revolutionising safety in Equestrian Sport and advising Olympic teams on performance improvement. Since its inception Equiratings has diversified into fan engagement apps, results prediction, coaching software and the wonderful Equiratings podcast. Equiratings was what got us into listening to podcasts in the first place and provided the spark of inspiration for setting up our own.
